Fine Print:


  • Please note that the above packages are a continuous commitment for a period of 12 months.
  • The packages include a free domain, basic hosting and email address account.
  • This is not a contract, but a month to month commitment from you to keep the site LIVE.
  • If you wish to cancel, you may do so in writing by simply giving a 30 days notice sent to this email address
  • The domain can be transferred to a new provider at a cost of R149.00.
  • If you wish to keep the website design after transferring to a new provider you will be required to pay R3000.00
  • Payment can be made on the 1st of every month. If payment is not received after the 5th day of the month. Your site will be suspended until payment is received. And if you don’t pay for 30 days, we will delete your website unless you notify us about the payment delay.
  • Online stores are limited to 50 products and includes standard e-commerce features. You must have product images ready in the highest quality for the items you sell. You can add more products on your own.
  • This services can only be ordered online and paid using PayFast, South Africa’s most trusted and secure online payment platform. Methods of payment include credit/debit card, Instant EFT. Once payment is received we will process your order and contact you for additional information.

What is the process to sign up?

  2. Confirm Cart Items. ** R249 / 30 days means that every 30 days you need to make a payment of that amount charged on your order.
  3. Proceed to Check Out and Fill in your details or Login if you have an account already.
  4. Place Order – You will be redirected to to make your payment.
  5. Confirm Order number, amount to be paid and then choose your payment options: Credit/Cheque Card, Instant EFT or MasterPass.
      * You need to have your card ready and Mobile Banking App
  6. Once payment is made you will receive notification emails.

What is required to successfully design the web pages?

Once you have successfully signed up and made payment you need to send us the following information.

  1. Company Profile
  2. Logo (Transparent and Png Format)
  3. Images

What are the payment terms?

You will notice that each web design plan has R0.00 / 30 days. The 30 days means you need to make payment every 30 days for the amount you had signed up for. You need to continue making payment until your next domain renewal period. This is valid for 12 months, every 12 months you have the option to renew.

What happens after the 12 months period?

After 12 months, you will own full rights to the website. You will need to renew your domain and pay the yearly hosting fee so that the website can continue to be Live and accessible. The fees will be calculated 30 days before the last day of your subscription. Unfortunately we can’t calculate the amount now because we don’t know if there will be price increases or not in the next 11 months.

How can I quickly structure the web page contents?

Minimum number of pages is 5 and that is your:

  • Home page
  • About us
  • Products/Services
  • Clients/Projects
  • Contact us page.

You need to structure your contents in a Word document and write what each page will contain. We will use this information to design your new website. If your web pages are more than 5, you qualify for an unlimited web page package.

**Note: Once we lay our hands on your contents, you will notice a slight difference from what you sent us. We will optimize your content for better SEO optimization, focusing on the keywords you wish to rank for. We are SEO experts, we want to see you on the Search Results.

I have my own hosting and I am happy with them. Can you install your services on my own hosting?

Yes, we can install and design our website on your hosting services. Although we don’t encourage it, we respect your loyalty for wanting to stick with your hosting provider. By wanting you to move to us, we want you to have a piece of mind when it comes to your website. Your hosting and website should be managed together in one place. No need for you to call your hosting company about an error and they tell you that you need to speak to your website manager. We take all the responsibilities of your hosting and website management. As a bonus, our support team is available at all times to help you.

Can I migrate my domain to you? Won't I lose my data?

Yes, we actually encourage you to migrate to our servers. When you join us with your existing domain and email services. We will securely transfer your domain and email accounts to our servers. Increase the capacity of your hosting plan to suit your new website and email accounts. You won’t lose your emails or data in the process when you transfer to our servers.

Will my website have advanced features?

Some of the special features that you might fancy to have on your website might come at an extra cost to you. We try our best to make sure that your website can function and carry out its purpose without the need to overload it with extra functions that are beyond its capabilities.

We unfortunately cannot honor every request to add features that are more advanced and require us to purchase a Plugin. Special features which are not part of our packages will result in a special quote which you have the option for a once off payment or add it to your monthly subscription.
